Xbox Unveils Alligator-Shaped XBOX Series X-BITE Console

The over 5-foot alligator sculpture, built by John Nolan Studio, houses a working Xbox Series X and is part of a US sweepstakes promotion.

Xbox has unveiled the XBOX Series X-BITE, a custom console shaped like an alligator that has swallowed an Xbox Series X. The announcement was published on news.xbox.com on November 5, 2026.

The alligator sculpture measures more than 5 feet (about 1.5 meters) from snout to tail and contains a working Xbox Series X. The console is visible through an Xbox Nexus element that glows inside the alligator's body.

A custom Xbox Wireless Controller with bite marks sits in the alligator's mouth. Its eyes use Xbox green for the irises and a Nexus-inspired design for the pupils.

John Nolan Studio, which specialises in creature animatronics, built the piece through 3D modeling, sculpting and fabrication. The studio's previous work includes The Witcher series, the film Jurassic World Dominion and an upcoming HBO Harry Potter series.

The XBOX Series X-BITE was created as part of a US sweepstakes promotion and cannot be entered from Japan.
