Zoku Portopia Renzoku Satsujin Jiken Reveals First Cast, Opens Pre-Orders

G-Mode unveiled the cast and characters for the first of six investigation files and began pre-orders on its official store.

G-Mode has announced the first batch of cast members for Zoku Portopia Renzoku Satsujin Jiken: Bōkyaku no Maisō, according to gamebiz.jp, and opened pre-orders on its official online store.

The first reveal covers the "Investigation File: Yasuhiko Mano" chapter, with its synopsis, characters and voice cast. Mano, a young detective in the Hyogo Prefectural Police's first investigation division, is voiced by Tomoaki Maeno. The cast also includes Yuka Hiiragi as Fumie Sawaki, secretary to Kōzō Yamakawa; Katsuya Fukunishi as his nephew Toshiyuki Yamakawa; Kōsuke Echigoya as Rokunosuke Komiya, guard at the Yamakawa residence; and Kana Ueda as Okoi Yūhi, a dancer at the Shinkaichi Shingeki Silver theatre.

The game is built around six "investigation files", one of which has not yet had its title revealed.

G-Mode's official store pre-orders are scheduled to close at the end of December 2026. Store-exclusive bonuses include a HACO cassette, an A3 metal poster with a reproduced signature from character designer Kyoji Asano, and a scenario collection with reproduced signatures and a handwritten comment from creator and general director Yūji Horii.

The title is scheduled for release on March 4, 2027, for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 and Steam. A limited edition bundles an A5 booklet and an original soundtrack CD, and the packaged Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions include the Famicom edition of Portopia Renzoku Satsujin Jiken, the earlier mystery adventure game that this title partly remakes.
