BizCrush Targets Offline Voice AI Interpretation Market
BizCrush announced a strategy to enter the real-time multilingual interpretation market with on-device voice preprocessing technology, currently supporting 60 languages.
BizCrush announced its strategy to target the real-time multilingual interpretation and translation market using on-device offline voice AI technology, in an interview with its CEO Kwak Tae-min, according to etnews.com.
The company's voice preprocessing technology runs on-device to reduce background music and noise and to amplify quiet voices before passing audio to the speech recognition engine. BizCrush currently supports 60 languages and is in the process of filing patents for its core preprocessing technology.
According to BizCrush's own benchmark, as of July this year, the overall average character error rate was 22.8%, rising to the 41% range in high-noise environments. The company claims 12-32% fewer errors than major competing services under the same high-noise conditions.
Earlier use cases
BizCrush is headquartered in the US and began with voice and natural language processing technology, launching its first product earlier this year. Initially, the company planned a note-taking and personal meeting agent business that recorded and summarized in-person meetings. In June, it signed a business agreement with the Seattle Korean Education Center and applied real-time interpretation, subtitles and recording features to a Korean speaking contest. In September, it applied its service to a Korea-Colombia FTA 10th anniversary forum hosted by KOTRA Bogotá. At Smart Life Week 2026, BizCrush handled interpretation for 18 conferences and the opening ceremony.
BizCrush is building use cases in Seattle and Silicon Valley and plans to expand customer reach to Brazil, Mexico and Chile starting with Colombia.
