Kakao Details FDE Unit, Cuts Seller Contract Time at if kakao 26
At if kakao 26, Kakao described its FDE organization's direction and a KakaoTalk Gift automation that cut a contract-termination task from one hour to 10 minutes.
Kakao introduced the operating direction of its FDE organization and shared cases of workflow improvement at if kakao 26, held on October 14 at the Kakao AI Campus in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, according to techm.kr.
The FDE organization was presented at the event by Kim Jong-han, FDE performance leader at Kakao Kanana.
One case covered the seller contract termination workflow for KakaoTalk Gift. Kakao automated the process, cutting the time one staff member spends on a single seller's contract termination from about one hour to 10 minutes. Final decisions such as contract termination are still made by humans.
The automation integrated scattered seller data, systematized the criteria for judging contract termination, and combined statistical analysis and rule-based logic with RPA for sending registered mail receipts.
Kakao also said it plans to build an AI workspace that integrates data connections, work rules, judgment logic, workflows and agents so other organizations can reuse improvements.
