Kuntek Unveils NEXA and ASH for Secure Public-Sector AI
Korean firm Kuntek introduced NEXA, a confidential-computing data collaboration platform, and ASH, an AI security platform, for public institutions.
Kuntek has introduced NEXA, a data and AI collaboration platform built on confidential computing, and ASH, an AI security platform, positioning both as tools for safe AI use in public-sector work, according to datanet.co.kr.
NEXA applies a Data Clean Room collaboration model, in which organizations can carry out joint analysis without directly viewing each other's raw data.
ASH covers security management across three stages of AI use — model adoption, agent operation and execution — through features named ModelGate, RunWatch and EndForce.
Kuntek said the two products can be linked to build a security management system for public institutions, spanning data collaboration through to AI service operation.
Regulatory backdrop
The Act on the Promotion of Artificial Intelligence and Data-Based Administration took effect on August 28, 2025, imposing obligations on public institutions for AI training data quality management and AI service status management. From February 28 of next year, public institutions must assess the impact of AI adoption on citizens' fundamental rights and prepare risk management measures before introduction. The Office for Government Policy Coordination has also published AI administrative innovation cases, including LX's Sunny Day service.
