MegazoneCloud keynotes AI governance at Games on AWS 2026
Seo Gil-ju said games studios need clear rules on data ownership and licensing for AI coding outputs as they scale AI transformation.
Seo Gil-ju, head of MegazoneCloud's AIR Innovation Unit, delivered a keynote on AI governance for the games industry at Games on AWS 2026 on October 27, according to techm.kr. The talk was titled "Defining an AI Governance Framework for Full-scale AX in the Games Industry."
Seo argued that establishing AI governance is essential for controlling costs, security and data management as games companies move through AI transformation. The framework he outlined spans work efficiency and innovation acceleration, flexible IT environments, data-driven AI use, trustworthy AI with risk minimization, and strategic alignment.
He singled out two policy gaps: rules clarifying who owns data, and verification of the licensing legality of outputs produced through vibe coding.
On execution, Seo described a sequence that begins with setting a value chain suited to business goals, followed by training AI personnel and securing flexible IT environments.
MegazoneCloud recently obtained AWS cloud supply qualification for the US public sector and plans to extend its US business from cloud design to build and operations support.
