SkyWorldwide announced on October 26 that it will acquire 6,500 additional shares of SkyIntelligence for 25.35 billion won, raising its stake in the physical AI synthetic data company from 42% to 66.9%, according to inews24.com.

The acquisition is scheduled to be completed on January 28, 2027. Under the payment structure, 228.15 billion won — described in the announcement as 90% of the acquisition price — is to be paid in 30-year perpetual convertible bonds, with the remaining 25.35 billion won paid in cash in January next year.

SkyWorldwide is an AI data full-stack company whose products include the commercial graph database tools SchengSQL and SchengGraph and the hybrid AI agent Ontovia. SkyIntelligence works on synthetic data for physical AI.

Both companies said they plan to strengthen cooperation across synthetic data creation, graph databases and AI agents.
