SpaceX/SI Enters Top 10 Cloud Infrastructure Providers in Q3
Synergy Research Group ranked SpaceX's AI cloud unit among the top 10 by third-quarter revenue as the market grew 55% to $167.7 billion.
SpaceX's AI and cloud division, SpaceX/SI, entered the top 10 cloud infrastructure providers by quarterly revenue in the third quarter, according to Synergy Research Group's global cloud infrastructure services survey.
The Q3 market was worth $167.7 billion, up 55% year over year, Synergy reported. Trailing twelve-month cloud infrastructure revenue reached $558 billion, and AI-specific cloud services accounted for about one third of the total.
Amazon held a 26% share of the market, followed by Microsoft at 19% and Google at 16%. The US accounted for 44% of global revenue.
Synergy also named Oracle, CoreWeave, Crusoe, Nebius, Fluidstack, Together AI and Nscale among the fastest-growing providers. The firm said the market doubled in eight quarters.
