Bespin Global launches HelpNow Computer AI agent for enterprise tasks
The agent turns user requests into step-by-step plans and can operate browsers, apps and internal systems, with deployment on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and OCI.
Bespin Global announced on November 3, 2026, the launch of HelpNow Computer, an AI agent that can directly operate browsers, applications and internal corporate systems to carry out tasks, according to datanet.co.kr.
The agent converts user requests into step-by-step execution plans and connects with internal systems and APIs. Its core technology is an Agent Runtime that decomposes goals into executable tasks and controls execution, retry, stop and completion. It draws on nine execution tools, including NL2SQL, code generation, Browser Use and Computer Use, and can read, edit and create documents in PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HWP formats.
Security and model support
Security features include role-based access control, single sign-on, audit logs and PII detection, with the agent running in isolated sandboxes and a virtual file system. High-risk tasks can require human approval through Human-in-the-Loop.
The product supports models including GPT-OSS, Llama, Qwen, HyperCLOVA X, EXAONE and Gemini, and can be deployed on AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and OCI, as well as on-premises, CSAP and closed network environments.
HelpNow Computer is provided as an “AI Computer” menu in HelpNow Plex and as a core feature of the Agent Portal in the HelpNow AI Platform. Bespin Global said adoption proceeds in three stages: Observe, Assist and Execute.
