KT held the 2026 KT Voyage Festival on October 24 as a concert event for its own long-term customers. The festival marked its 10th year in 2026, and about 300,000 people have taken part through this year.
LG Uplus invited 5,000 long-term customers to Hwadam Botanic Garden in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, on October 19. The company's integrated customer platform Uplus One recorded 6.1 million monthly active users.
The three carriers' events come after a difficult 2025, when hacking incidents hit the sector: SK Telecom and KT each waived mobile termination penalties and cancellation rates soared. SK Telecom has also held Forest Vacation Day, Table Day and Adventure Day events for long-term customers this year.
