Yanolja expands B2B unit into AI, data and payments
Yanolja's Enterprise Solution division drove about 89% of transaction value growth in Q1, as the company pushes the B2B business overseas.
Yanolja is accelerating the global expansion of its B2B business built around Yanolja Enterprise Solution, the company's enterprise technology unit. The push extends the unit beyond hotel operations software into AI, data and payment infrastructure, according to techm.kr.
The company reorganized its existing Yanolja Cloud business into a B2B structure covering hotel operations, reservation management, travel product distribution and data analysis. It also separated its consumer platform and enterprise solution businesses through a management reshuffle and strengthened division-level responsibility management.
Yanolja's first-quarter global integrated transaction value reached 9.5 trillion won, up 31.9% year on year, with overseas transactions accounting for 76%. The Enterprise Solution division accounted for about 89% of the total transaction value growth, while its Q1 revenue was 72.1 billion won, up 13.8% year on year.
Adjusted EBITDA declined year on year in the first quarter because of increased investment in AI and data technology.
Partnerships and overseas hubs
In March 2026, Yanolja agreed with Citi to expand cooperation on payment innovation for the travel industry, covering automated settlement, payment system integration, AI-based financial risk management and overseas fund management infrastructure. In the third quarter of 2025, the Enterprise Solution division's quarterly revenue exceeded 100 billion won for the first time.
This year the company held events in overseas hubs including India and the Czech Republic to share business strategy and technology development direction with global employees.
