Nexon maps out TalesWeaver updates through mid-2027
A new single-player boss arrives on November 26, with balance changes and a buff overhaul planned for 2027.
Nexon has published a mid-to-long-term update roadmap for TalesWeaver covering the fourth quarter of 2026 through the first half of 2027, according to gamemeca.com.
The first addition arrives on November 26: a single-player boss called Gamjeong Gyeongnishil, which translates as Emotion Isolation Room, will be added in the Rubicona region.
In the first quarter of 2027, Nexon plans a balance patch focused on reducing mid-cast delay passives. The same period brings a rework of the club competition content Abandonroad Seizure Battle, covering rewards, progression and missions, plus a feature that lets players choose skill effects before or after character renovation.
In the second quarter of 2027, a new buff system replacing the item-based approach will be introduced. Under the new system, buff duration will not decrease while a character is in town.
The Burning Rush growth support event is already running and continues until December 17, giving participating characters 1,000% EXP and +10 movement speed. Nexon noted in the roadmap announcement that TalesWeaver has been running for 23 years.
