Flyle launches AI agent suite for contact centres, raises ¥1.88bn
The services cover call and chat support, response-quality scoring and voice-of-customer analysis; an 'AI Operator' is due in November.
Flyle announced on October 7 that it has begun offering a group of AI agent services for contact centre and customer experience operations, according to ascii.jp. The company also disclosed that it raised ¥1.88 billion in a third-party allotment of new shares, bringing its cumulative funding to approximately ¥2.27 billion.
The service group handles telephone and chat enquiries, evaluates response quality, and analyses voice-of-customer data as an integrated set of functions. It also includes quality assessment of all interactions, VOC analysis and customer survey capabilities, with collected unstructured data aggregated and visualised on a common AI data platform.
The company said an "AI Operator" product is scheduled to go on general release in November. It is intended to cover everything from understanding the purpose of an enquiry received by phone, chat or email to completing procedures in coordination with internal systems.
Flyle said the raised funds will be used to accelerate development of its product group and to strengthen the support structure for deployments at enterprise companies.
The contact centre industry has faced a deepening shortage of operators, while earlier AI deployments have largely been limited to partial efficiencies such as FAQ generation and template replies. Customer problems and complaints collected through enquiries have also tended to stay within individual departments rather than feeding into broader product and service improvements.
