Toss Prime Adds Unlimited Free Returns on Toss Shopping from October 27

Toss will offer unlimited free returns on Toss Shopping to Toss Prime paid membership subscribers starting on October 27, the company announced. The benefit applies to returns requested after a customer joins the membership, according to techm.kr.
Items purchased before joining Toss Prime are also eligible for the free-return benefit, provided the return is requested after the customer signs up.
Several categories fall outside the benefit: Oasis products, home appliances and furniture that carry separate shipping fees, and extra delivery charges for Jeju and island or remote areas.
Toss Shopping's monthly active users stood at about 9 million as of April, up about 55% year on year, while transaction value rose about 80% over the same period.
In October 2025, Toss and Naver were already competing in simple payment and financial services, with some disputes leading to legal action. Naver's commerce-related service revenue in the second quarter grew 31.3% year on year, Naver Plus Store app transaction value rose more than 35%, and N Delivery membership customers' purchase frequency increased about 29%.
