DeepBrain AI builds role-play training tool for Samsung Fire agents

DeepBrain AI said on November 2 that it has built an AI human-based practical consultation training system for sales agents at Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, according to aitimes.com. The tool is integrated into the insurer's AI sales support system, AI Advisor.
The system adds AI role-play and speech-training features. During role-play, a virtual customer on screen recognizes the agent's voice and asks questions or reacts according to preset customer traits and situations.
Training results are delivered as scores and analysis reports so agents can repeat the exercises. The system runs on both PC and mobile.
