Platier, GS Neotek sign MOU for agentic AI contact center

The two companies will combine GS Neotek's contact center operations with Platier's XGEN platform, starting with the financial sector.

Platier signed a memorandum of understanding with GS Neotek on 28 October to jointly develop and commercialize an agentic AI contact center (AICC) solution built on Platier's agentic AI platform XGEN, according to aitimes.com.

Under the partnership, GS Neotek's contact center and AICC build-and-operate capabilities will be combined with XGEN. The two companies plan to target the agentic AICC market with an initial focus on the financial sector.

The solution is designed to let AI agents connect to corporate backend and legacy systems to carry out follow-up tasks such as lookups, changes and applications, rather than only identifying customer intent.

GS Neotek will handle customer proposals, contracts and first-line technical support, while Platier will support the design, deployment and operation of enterprise AI agents with XGEN.

Jin Byeong-gwon, head of Platier's ECS AX division, said the companies will present an agentic AICC model in which customer consultations lead safely to actual system processing.
